“Trust yourself, you know more than you think you do” – Benjamin Spock

A workshop ‘Smile your way through Exams’ was conducted on 28 August 2019 by the school counsellor Ms. Elizabeth B. Thomas for the students of Grade V to X. The aim of the session was to help students develop a positive outlook and give their best in the upcoming exams. The importance of following a time schedule, eating healthy and the role of recreational activities was shared with them. They were motivated to see exams as a stepping stone to success and were introduced to Relaxation techniques like deep breathing and positive visualization which will help them retain their calm during the exams. All in all, it was a fruitful session.
