Shalom Presidency School celebrated its Founder’s Day with great zeal and enthusiasm on 14th August, 2018. The students of the school put up a spectacular show to commemorate the special occasion. Founder chairperson Dr. Lilly George, a lady of great strength and character whose passion is to provide quality education, was the Guest of Honour. The programme commenced with the guard of honour presented by the members of student council to the dignitary. The student council marched to the beating drums in perfect unison.

The founder chairperson planted the symbolic banyan tree representing the protective and caring aspect of nature which finds resonance in her own personality too. This was followed by a melodious song presented by the budding musicians of the school. It was a heart warming performance by the students to express their emotions for their beloved MD ma’am. What followed was an extravaganza of breathtaking performances by the young Shalomities which included a play, dances and speeches. The show ended with a glitzy ramp walk put up by teachers and students. The performances left the audience yearning for more.
